Scheduling & Payments

Lessons are scheduled one month at a time, with invoices sent after the last lesson of the current month and payment due before the first lesson of the next month. A $10 late fee applies if payment is not received on time. Lessons are offered in 30-minute ($45), 45-minute ($60), and 1-hour ($75) sessions, with a $5 sibling discount for families with multiple students. Payment is required before lessons begin, and invoices are sent via email for convenience.

Lesson Expectation & Parent Supervision for Minors

We value punctuality – if an instructor is running late, the full lesson time will be honored, but if a student is late, the lesson must still end at the scheduled time, unless otherwise arranged. For safety and comfort, a parent or guardian must be present at home during the lesson if a student is a minor. Parents are encouraged to communicate any specific teaching preferences or accommodations needed for student's learning.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If a lesson needs to be canceled, we ask for at least one-day notice to allow for rescheduling. Same-day cancellations cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Our goal is to maintain consistency in lessons while being as flexible as possible to accommodate families' schedules.
